Integral Modeling for Deviation Correction Trajectory of the Mechanical Vertical Drilling System

چکیده
The deviation correction trajectory of the mechanical vertical drilling system (MVDS) is very important because it final embodiment performance. However, impossible to obtain at design stage, except when using simulation methods. In this paper, tool face angle model and other theoretical models were established, respectively, method was created through coupling. Next, used simulate MVDS under two typical working conditions. results indicate that critical control accuracy MVDS. existence deflection makes correct change azimuth same time, resulting in being a three-dimensional curve, which has tendency drifting left. Furthermore, rate are constantly changing process drilling. also show unable horizontal displacement downhole. proposed analysis helpful find out solve problem current as soon possible, provide guidance for subsequent structure optimization.
